Because of the adverse weather forecast and the very heavy showers we’ve had recently, Peter and I have decided to postpone the ride for a week to Tuesday 13^th September.

Peter Haskell has offered to lead a ride to Stansted as I'll be away visiting.

We could have delayed by a week but the weather forecast for Tuesday is looking reasonable and we might not get a better opportunity.
