Northney nature reserve

We will visit the reserve as the tide rises making the wading birds more visible. There will also be a range of different birds in the reserve.

Shaun McCullagh, an experienced member of the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) will be on hand to help us identify the birds we see.

There is a small car park off Northney Road (see map above). From there, it is a short walk on a good path (wheelchair suitable) to reach the coastal spotting point. We can continue along the path to see a wider variety of birds.
