More information about the AGM
Our AGM is next Thursday. You can see the agenda, minutes of the last meeting and financial report in the Summer 2023 newsletter. You can see the newsletter here. We won't be printing copies for use at the AGM so please take a look, if you haven't already done so, before attending.
There will be a motion at the AGM asking you to agree a monetary donation to local food banks. At future monthly meetings we'll be asking you to donate tins of food to support those in need.
Once we've completed the business of the AGM, we'll be taking you on Safari.
The AGM is also a good opportunity to find out more about what some of our groups have been up to, you'll also be able to ask questions and join in their activities.
The AGM is next Thursday, 21st September at 2pm.
