How about a ride out to Stokes Bay? We haven’t done that for a while.

It will involve two ferries (unless you start from Portsmouth). We’ll meet to take the 10.35 sailing of the Hayling ferry, then on through the Portsmouth cycle paths to the Gosport ferry, and on to Stokes Bay from there.

We’ll use a slightly different route back but still using the Gosport and Hayling ferries.

Martine and I are interested  in joining your ride, provided my brother David can also come along on his recumbent trike. He is a CTC member and regularly rides on his own in Hull up to 50 miles. His speed is a bit less than we normally go especially on hills.
