      I suggest a ride out to the Tea on the Green café in Rowlands Castle.

      Weather is very variable at the moment so we might have to postpone at the last minute.

      I am planning to join the ride -weather permitting. Meet ‘ HIADS 9.50.AM

      My walkabout down under terminated Friday 3/03.

      Just finished 4 days work on kitchen sink, plumbing et al, I can at last wash dishes again.
      Question is: will my back ever straighten again ? If I can stand in the morning, a gentle cycle will do wonders. If I don’t make it, it will be due to lack of ability to move.
