We arrange to dine out together for both evening meals and lunch.

Evening dining

We will normally meet at a local restaurant (currently Moghul in Elm Grove) at 6pm on the third Wednesday of each month. We contact members by email before the date to confirm the venue. We will require your confirmation, if attending, at least a week before the meal for a restaurant booking to be made. No upfront deposit is required but members will be required to pay the restaurant for their own meal on the evening. Current cost for meal including small gratuity of £1 but excluding drinks is £15.50.

We will also arrange a meal out elsewhere in any month where we do not arrange a lunchtime meal. In May we had a very good evening meal at Seacourt and plan to return later in the year when Fruits de Mer will be on offer.

Lunchtime dining

We meet at a different local café/restaurant each month either for lunch or for an evening meal. We have reserved places for lunch at the Golf Club in June.

Car share

Please let one of the group leaders know if you need, or can offer, a lift share. He will try to match members together.
