      The weather’s not looking great next week apart from Monday.

      How about cycling somewhere for a lunch on Monday 2nd? We’d have to book – and I’ll need to find somewhere that’s open (I have the Woodmancote in mind).

      Alternatively – or additionally – we could postpone to the following week.

      What do you think?

      I don’t think we’re going to get a booking for that many people even with some dropping out.

      Instead, I propose a trip to Hillier Garden centre tomorrow (Monday) which says the coffee shop will be open. I’ll go with whoever turns up at 10 at HIADS (or later at The Spring).

      I’ll keep an eye on the weather and, if it’s looking good, make a booking at the Woodmancote for next Tuesday (10th). Let me know if you can make it (weather permitting).

      Hi Andy,

      I will see you this morning for the ride to the garden centre.

      Unfortunately I cannot make the 10th to Woodmancote, I am doing 2 water safety presentations at a school that day.
