KeymasterI had pencilled in a trip to Chichester for August but I’ve picked up a niggle in one of my knees which is hanging around.
Happy to try a shorter ride (Bumblebee in Rowlands?) but OK if someone wants to lead the ride to Chichester. There are a number of options and the routes aren’t difficult. Riders can choose to:
- Take the train to Chichester
- Take the train from Chichester
- Ride both ways
Let me know what you think,
Andy

ParticipantHi Andy
Was wondering about Tuesday. Happy with Rowlands for the essential coffee stop, can always do a detour afterwards if knee decides to cooperate.

ParticipantSorry to hear your knee hurts Andy and hope it gets better soon.
I’m happy with Rowlands but would you like to go to the Coach House Tea Rooms nearby instead for a change? Just a thought!

KeymasterThanks for the suggestion, Mike. I looked at that as a possibility, but it’s a pain to get to/from (either an even shorter route or some unpleasant rough stuff in Staunton Country Park). I’m quite keen to find out how the Bumblebee is doing post lockdown, but happy to take a consensus on the ride.

ParticipantHi Andy.
Hard luck about your knee – I hope it clears up quickly. I think I will be back to normal on Tuesday so I’ll follow the pack. Calorie top up at either tea room.
Best wishes, Derek -

ParticipantForgive me, Andy, but the new boy can’t make his debut tomorrow. Bad timing, I’m afraid.
Here’s to a speedy recovery for your knee.
