Duncan Philips will explore how and why Venice was built and where the materials came from and how those decisions are now impacting on the conservation of the city.
Duncan qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institution and has specialised in listed buildings ever since. He is RICS Building Conservation Accredited and is also a Full Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
