This is a 4.2 mile walk with 1 stile and very little height gain.
We leave Langstone along Mill Lane then go North because flooding earlier this year has closed the usual footpaths. We eventually reach Langstone Harbour then follow the Brockhampton Stream, Brockhampton Road and West Street into Havant town centre. We leave by East Street and then turn back onto the Billy Trail then left again to Langstone Mill Pond.
The route is normally dry underfoot. However there may be some mud in one or two places if we have a lot of rain shortly before the walk.
A pub lunch is available at The Royal Oak or The Ship before catching the bus back to Hayling.
