The theme for the evening is "Italian wine" which gives us a pretty broad range of wines to consider.
Each couple to bring a bottle of wine costing no more than £10 with a short (1 page A4 maximum) description of the wine, its region, the grapes used, etc. If the wine should be drunk chilled, it should be brought ready chilled.
