Meet at the West Town car park to arrange a car share to Hunston for a 9.15am departure.

We will walk form the countryside to historic city, initially through a small housing estate to connect with the canal tow path.
It is a level walk with no stiles. The going is generally good underfoot with the occasional uneven paving in Chichester and one or two traffic lighted junctions to cross. There is one road bridge to navigate on the outward journey by either steps or a slope. This is to enable us to cross the Chichester by- pass.
Public conveniences are available at The Avenue de Chartres car park in the city.
We will stop for elevenses at The Buttery at 12a South Street. Be aware that the lunch portions are generous so do save some room! Lunch is booked for the later time of 2pm to allow for this.
There is the chance to look at some of Chichester’s historic buildings as we walk through.

Also there is a £5.00 per head deposit to be paid. I will pay this up front. If you could please bring the cash on the day to reimburse me.
