This open day will showcase over 35 different activities that are available for members to enjoy.
The day will be officially opened by the mayor, and we will have the Havant Town crier announcing the different activities that you can participate in. Alan Mak will be visiting from 10.30 to meet the various stalls and chat.
Bring your family and play walking netball, croquet or pétanque. Try your hand at greeting card crafting, watch art demos or play Rummikub, scrabble and much much more.
Get your bikes checked for common problems.
There will be music from the D’ukes of Hayling at 11.00 am and singing from the Island Shanties at 1 pm.
Trial chair yoga at 12:00 pm
At 2 pm we will have a talk from Sarah Shaw about training guide dog puppies .She will be bringing her current puppy for people to meet. Sarah trains and raises guide dogs for the blind.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
