A presentation by Tricia Farnham, one of our members, and her husband Bill who cycled over 4,000 miles across the USA, during the summers of 2006 and 2008. The presentation is a photographic record illustrating the wonderful sights: the beautiful, the odd and the downright weird.
Tricia is President of Portsmouth CTC (Cyclists Touring Club) and one of the few women to have been awarded the titles of 'Super randonneur' (for completing 200k, 300k, 400k and 600k events in a single season) and 'Randonneur round the year' (for completing 200k, or more, events in each of 12 consecutive calendar months). Until she retired, she also managed to fit in a job as a biology lecturer at Highbury College.
