Meet at the public car park by the Hayling Community Centre to car share, leaving by 9.15am or go direct to the start.
We start in the Hinton Arms car park; postcode SO24 0NH, grid reference SU591279. We will pre-order our lunch before setting off at 10.15am.
We will walk via the A272, turning north away from Hinton Ampner, taking footpaths to Cheriton Woods and the Battlefield Memorial, for a coffee stop. The return will be westerly towards Cheriton, the B3046 and The Hinton Arms.
