Meet at the Community Centre car park to car share, leaving by 9.15am. Proceed to the public car park at Bosham, PO18 8HS - SU806040. Parking charge for 6 hours is £3.80. We aim to start the walk at 10am.
This is a repeat of a firm favourite. We walk via Shore Road and Lower Hone Lane to the ferry and cross by ferry to Itchenor. The ferry fare is £2.50 each way. After a short circuit of the village we can take lunch at the Ship Inn, West Itchenor. If anyone wants a shorter walk they can wait at the Ship Inn before lunch. After lunch we will take the return trip to Bosham.
